CONTENTS OF “POST” PROGRAM TRAINING COURSE

TOTAL POST PROGRAM COURSE LENGTH: 5 1/2 Days = 47 Hours
AMMUNITION REQUIRED: Approximately 1,000 Rounds

Participants would attend 4 hours of “Pre-Course Training” with the intent of preparing them for the POST Training Course (expectations, weapon and gear selection, etc.)

SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATION COURSE OF FIRE:

  • 8 ROUNDS FROM 1.5 YARDS
  • 19 ROUNDS FROM 3 YARDS
  • 14 ROUNDS FROM 7 YARDS
  • 8 ROUNDS FROM 15 YARDS
  • 4 EMERGENCY RELOADS REQUIRED
  • 2 TACTICAL RELOADS REQUIRED
  • 1 MALFUNCTION CLEARING PROCEDURE (FAILURE TO FIRE)
  • 44 CENTER MASS SHOTS & 6 HEAD SHOTS REQUIRED
  • 8 ROUNDS ARE FIRED FROM COVER

85% SCORE REQUIRED TO PASS

NOTE: FIREARMS WILL BE INSPECTED DURING THE PRE-COURSE TRAINING AND ON DAY 1 OF THE POST TRAINING PROGRAM
